I have tested a vast array of CPS configurations to destruction and am aware of most of the failure modes which are now in proliferation. My preference is to get in at the early stages of the project, as most of the 'mistakes' are made when the Project Teams are purely looking at cost and track record. No-one wants to highlight their failures, but I have seen most of them, so no need to worry about Confidentiality, what I see and learn stays with me and why you will not find examples of my CPS observations and experiences in the public domain.
Complicated wire rope configuration, very large sheaves, in a tight space, requiring weight optimisation.
10,000 individual parts, DNV Approved, 29 Specialist Engineers, Hand Calculations, FEA & Fatigue Analysis, Operating 24/7.
